    Important Dates

  • Opt-Out Period

    Monday, April 21, 2025
    If you choose to exclude yourself from the Settlement, you will receive no Settlement Class Member Benefits. This is the only option that allows you to keep your right to bring any other lawsuit against Defendants relating to the Data Incident.
  • Objection Period

    Monday, April 21, 2025
    You can write the Court about why you agree or disagree with the Settlement. You may also request to speak at the Final Approval Hearing about the fairness of the Settlement, with or without your own attorney.
  • Claim Deadline

    Tuesday, May 06, 2025
    The only way to receive the Settlement Class Member Benefits from the Settlement.
  • Final Approval Hearing

    Wednesday, May 21, 2025
    The Court will hold a Final Approval Hearing on May 21, 2025, at 10:00 AM CT. The hearing may be moved to a different date or time without additional notice, so Class Counsel recommends checking this website periodically for updates.
